Can I place my order by telephone?

Do you offer trade customer discounts?

We offer trade prices to all trade customers, based on quantities of 1, 5 or 10 bins. These prices are applied manually when we know that you are a trade customer, so for your first order it is advisable to phone to place your order. We can then also email you the full price list and our terms. If you are a regular customer placing an order online, your trade discount will not show when you place the order, but will be confirmed by email with your invoice. Only the discounted payment will be taken. If you are ordering substantially more than 10 bins, please call for a quote.

We will send you your log in and account details by email. We do not store your card details in your account, but ask you to complete the details through our secure checkout each time. Most trade customers either call to place orders, or email and we send pro forma invoices, quotes and VAT invoices.

How long will it take until I receive the goods?

For stocked items, all orders placed for Wesco Pedal and Flap bins by 2.00pm will be despatched the same working day for delivery within 1-2 days. Scottish Highlands 48hrs, Scottish Offshore 2-5 days, Northern Ireland 3 days, Isle of Man 48hrs, Jersey & Guernsey (Inc. Alderney, Herm & Sark) 48hrs.

For stocked items, all orders placed for Wesco In-cupboard Bins by 3.00pm will be despatched the same working day for next day delivery. Scottish Highlands 48hrs, Scottish Offshore 2-5 days, Northern Ireland 3 days, Isle of Man 48hrs, Jersey & Guernsey (Inc. Alderney, Herm & Sark) 48hrs.

What is the procedure for returns?

If you want to return an ordered item, please contact us. Please reply to your order confirmation email, completing the form that it contains. Or if you prefer, you can call to make arrangements. We will email you with the return procedure.

I would like to add to my order, how do I do this?

Please give us a call on 01363 881174 and we will be happy to help. When you place an order on our website you will get an order number and an email confirmation, please have this ready to quote when phoning.

Have you received my returned items?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive an email within 5 working days of returning your order to us, please get in touch with our Customer Services team and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready.

How do I order?

As you browse the site simply add items you wish to purchase by clicking “Add to Basket” button, found next to every product on the site. Adding to your basket does not mean you are obliged to buy. When you are finished browsing, click on the “Checkout” button. You can then review your order and if you choose, proceed to pay for the items using our secure checkout process.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE within the UK . International Delivery charges are added at checkout depending on your country.

Can I order a product which is out of stock?

You can order a product when it is out of stock and it will be placed on back order for you, you will be notified of this by email with details of the length of the delay. Your payment will not be taken until you have advised whether you accept the delay. Please do call if you prefer 01363 881174.

How long does delivery take?

We work with DPD & TNT-Fedex, and Royal Mail. DPD and TNT-Fedex are next day delivery services. Royal Mail will take 2 – 5 days – some Spares, such as Inner Bin Lids and Inner Bins are sent by Royal Mail. All other products are sent by the couriers.

Will I be kept updated on my order’s progress?

Yes, of course. After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email stating ‘Thank you for your order….’. This will be sent immediately after you place your order. If there are any issues such as stock problems, we will email you straight away. We will send you an email when your order has been processed (usually same or next working day), advising on delivery date.

What do your prices include?

The primary prices on this site are UK pounds sterling (£GBP) and are inclusive of any taxes (such as VAT) for UK orders. VAT is deducted for those ordering from outside our VAT area (currently our VAT area includes EU countries, but BREXIT will change this).

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure transaction process found at the end of our checkout pages.

Can I send my item to a different delivery address or as a gift?

Yes, sending a gift or to another address is easy and free-of-charge! During checkout, you can enter the address for the invoice and a different delivery address for the gift to be sent to.
